Sending a pet over rainbow bridge is never an easy thing to do, but with the help of the gentle souls at Caring Pathways, we were able to say our final good byes to our best friend and companion, Chloe. Dr. Mavi Graves guided us so gently through the process of sending our sweet old girl on her forever journey. Dr. Graves was a calming presence and took the time to allow us all to process our grief.
