The absolute best experience during one of the worst experiences of our pet’s life. Dr.Christopher Hoppe was truly the most caring, informative, relatable, honest and amazing vet we’ve ever seen.
We received a pamphlet from our vet about Caring Pathways when our black lab was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. At that time I was unsure that I could handle him passing away at home. Unfortunately, the time came last week. I knew I could not take him to the vet where he was stressed and alone. I called Caring Pathways. We were able to schedule an appointment a few hours out. Absolutely everything from the beginning was empathetic, caring, easy and accommodating.
While euthanasia is an awful awful experience/decision for myself and both of my adult children (their childhood dog), Caring Pathways made it so much better. The veterinarian, Dr. Christopher Hoppe, was incredibly kind, empathetic and he went above and beyond. He was not in a rush, explained absolutely everything going on, loved on our pup from the get-go and answered all of our questions in order to make our final decision.
Unfortunately, our pup was ready for his rainbow bridge. Dr. Hoppe gave us the time we needed to say goodbye and was with us every step of the way (only if we wanted him to be). The entire process was taken care of and handled with empathy and grace . I hate that anyone has to go through this, but if you do, Caring Pathways is the BEST option. It may cost a bit more, but it’s the best money you’ll ever spend. Peace of mind and the love on our goodbye was worth it. Thank you Dr. Hoppe and Caring Pathways!
