| Words can’t begin to express how comforting it was to have Caring Pathways and Dr. Stacee Kim assist us with Grace’s transition. Stacee was compassionate, empathetic and had Grace and our best interests at heart. Dr. Kim explained the transition in detail which gave us comfort.
