I have nothing but positive things to say about Caring Pathways. The care and compassion Dr. Littrell delivered to our boy, Sydney, on his journey to the other side was beyond compare. She was patient, caring, and empathetic to us during this difficult time. She took the time to get to know us and our relationship with Sydney. She also explained the process. I was very anxious about this process, but it was so peaceful. Having it be in our home, where Syd was the most comfortable and with us by his side was the best experience for everyone. She helped our boy leave this world with dignity and we are forever grateful to her for what she did for him and for us.
