This was the best experience, given the circumstances, I could have wished for both my “Old Man” dog and my family. Dr. Kelly Knolls made this process exactly how it should have been for his passing. She was more than kind and compassionate to all of us. She is a true angel and she was meant to help these beautiful animals cross the rainbow bridge. She went above and beyond for our family and we forever will be thankful for her. The process from the first person I spoke to at intake, to the scheduler, to Kelly coming out, to picking up our beloved pup’s ashes was seamless. Thank you all for what you do. You definitely made things so much less stressful and let us focus on Dempsey.
