Our sweet baby girl Sheba was the light of our lives for 13 years. We have a lot of fond memories of our camping trips and days at home relaxing. Going for walks, chasing squirrels with her favorite stuffy in her mouth. Unfortunately cancer took her from us. Her quality of life had pretty much stopped so we knew it was time. After talking to our Vet and running tests there was nothing that could be done to save her. Our Vet told us to take her home and make her comfortable. They suggested we contact Caring Pathways when we thought it was time for her to go to the Rainbow Bridge. After 3 days of her being in misery, we contacted Caring Pathways. They were very caring and understanding of what we wanted and what needed to be done. We made the appointment and were very fortunate to get Dr. Suzie Gough. What a blessing and God send she was. She explained everything that was going to be done and what to expect during Sheba’s transition. Dr. Suzie was very compassionate and loving to our Sheba. We highly recommend Dr. Suzie to anyone who has to experience this end of life decision for their beloved pet.
