Dr. Knoll,
Thank you so much for everything you have done for Jack and our family. I will never be able to express my deep appreciation for your compassion, warmth, support, and care you showed us during, what I am learning, will be our darkest days.
Thanks to you, I will always be able to look back at Jack’s actual passing with peace and love. Thank you for holding my hand and being my support when I had none. I will always remember you as the angel sent to me when I needed one the most.
