When the heartbreaking decision was made to say goodbye to our dear sweet Finlay, the folks at Caring Pathways were there for us each step of the way. On the day Dr. Hoppe arrived at our home it was clear just how much he cared about the sadness we were feeling. He was kind, thoughtful, patient, and professional. Dr. Hoppe, whether he knows it or not, became a part of Finlay’s circle of trust when he, and we, needed it most. Our beautiful boy passed in the comfort of his own home surrounded by love and peace.
