Thank you, Caring Pathways, for simply existing. When we received the terminal diagnosis for our dog, Arrow, we knew time was limited and that he would let us know when he was ready. We didn’t expect for him to let us know in the middle of the night. When preparing for his final journey, it was extremely important that he make that journey at home, as comfortable as could be. Thankfully, Caring Pathways had a vet on call who was able to accommodate us. No car ride, no scary clinic, no hard vet table… Arrow was able to pass peacefully in his own bed at home. While I am incredibly sad at his passing, I take great comfort in knowing he was cared for so well. Thank you Dr. Paola for coming to us so late and making this as smooth as possible for us.
