Knowing when it is time to say good-by to a pet is an extremely difficult decision. Dr. Nicole was very caring, empathetic and very professional. She explained what was going to happen and possible complications before ever starting the procedure. Dr. Nicole treated both Betsy and me with total respect and empathy during the whole process. She kept explaining what was happening during the procedure. Betsy had no anxiety or pain. She was asleep before the procedure and did not wake up. Dr. Nicole placed her in a covered basket like a sleeping baby to take her. Such a different experience than taking my scared hurting pet to a sterile vet clinic.
