I want to let you know what wonderful services you provided for us when it became clear one morning that our dog would suffer if he had to live another day. The receptionist who took my call was very kind and efficient in taking the information, answering my questions and scheduling the veterinarian to come to our home that evening to put our sweet dog, Cooper, to rest. Dr. Kelly Knoll was very warm and caring and immediately put our dog, my husband and myself at ease. She was un-rushed, professional and explained exactly what the process would be in advance. Cooper didn’t fret a bit, he just peacefully went to sleep, and then Dr. Knoll was very patient and encouraged us to take our time saying goodbye. Thank you, Dr. Knoll, for your card of condolence which was very sweet and comforting. The whole process was as good as it could have been.
