It’s only a year later that I’m getting around to writing this review, and the experience with this company still makes me tear up with gratitude! As a first-time client, I had some special requests, like keeping my dog’s body for a few days while I finalized ideas for memorabilia. They honored my wishes with such grace and compassion.
When I needed an urn, they went above and beyond, showing me their inventory so I could select the perfect one, as each wood option was uniquely cut and meaningful. Their attention to detail and genuine care for my situation made such a difference.
Despite my attempts to give them a cash tip as a thank-you, they kindly refused and asked that I leave a review instead. So here it is (a year later): Caring Pathways offers incredible service with a truly compassionate touch. I can’t recommend them enough.
The vet, Kaity, and her assistant who came to help us were just as much of a blessing as the ladies at the mortuary. You’re all just the most extraordinary team of humans!! Thank you again!!!!
