| Stanley lived not just a long but extremely full life in his 16 years, 3 months, and 24 days. Beginning as a participant in our wedding at 12 weeks old and encompassing multiple cross-country and international trips, competitions, and hiking and backpacking adventures, he was busy to the very end. Stanley even won ribbons in dog show just a month before we lost him. He will be remembered for his voracious appetite (particularly for Starbucks baked goods!), sweet face, and loud bark. We are so grateful to Dr. Neisler for her compassionate assistance in making Stanley’s passing a peaceful and gentle one. |
