We got Lacey right after the new year in 2015. She was extremely high energy from day one. She got pretty large pretty quickly. Along with her galloping around when she was excited, she also developed a moose call to entertain anyone in earshot. Her personality and friendliness were obvious to everyone. When the grandkids wanted to hug on Lacey and pet her, she was tolerant and calm. She became my workout buddy, she’d lay on the bed and keep me company while I did my workout videos. When she suddenly lost her appetite, it was concerning because she always had a voracious appetite. Medical exams exposed what appeared to be a fast-spreading cancer. We were devastated and made the painful decision to engage Caring Pathways. We will forever be grateful for the companionship and love that Lacey gave to us, and we will miss her terribly
