Dr. Gina grew up in southern California. She moved to Davis, California where she got her bachelor’s in Animal Science with a specialization in Companion Animals at the University of California, Davis. She shortly moved to Colorado, where she fell in love with the area and the people. She received her DVM from Colorado State University.
Dr. Gina has been in the veterinary field for over 15 years- starting as a veterinary technician. Once getting her degree, she practiced general medicine, with a focus in surgery and dentistry until she found Caring Pathways, where she has been able to fulfill her passion for helping families and pets with end-of-life care and honoring the human-animal bond.
She currently lives in Littleton with her boyfriend, Hunter, and 2 pets- an Australian cattle dog mix named Nyx and a Siberian cat named Waymond. Outside of work, she is a big nerd and enjoys spending time playing and writing campaigns for D&D with her friends, playing board games, reading, cooking Korean food and traveling.
