Loveland In-Home Pet Euthanasia
Saying goodbye to your family dog or cat is an emotional time. You might have a lot of questions about how they’re feeling, or wondering if you should make the trip to your vet’s office. With Caring Pathways, you don’t have to answer these questions alone, and you don’t even have to leave your home. That’s because we bring our services to you. With the convenience of our Loveland in-home pet euthanasia services, our team is here to walk you through your beloved pet’s end-of-life journey with compassion.
How We Can Help
In addition to our Loveland in-home pet euthanasia service, we can help you through your pet’s last days with hospice care while helping you determine when the right time is to say goodbye. We’ll be with you every step of the way to provide you, your pet, and your whole family with plenty of love and comfort. The following is a list of services that we offer for your furry friends here at Caring Pathways:
- Schedule a Telehealth appointment with our professional veterinarian for a medical consultation.
- In-home pet hospice care to provide further comfort.
- In-home pet euthanasia when the time comes.
- Aftercare services such as cremation, paw prints, and custom memorial products.
Our time with you and your family doesn’t end there. Caring Pathways also provides Grief Support to help you and your family cope with the loss of your beloved companion.

The Story of Caring Pathways
Dr. Larry Magnuson earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Colorado State University in 1967. In 1986, Dr. Magnuson founded Raintree Animal Hospital in Fort Collins and owned the practice for 22 years. After spending more than 47 years as a veterinarian, he realized he wanted to provide pets with an in-home, end-of-life care that was compassionate and peaceful for the pet and it’s family. In 2010, he began his journey with Caring Pathways servicing the Denver Metro Area. In June of 2020, Caring Pathways of Northern Colorado opened to service Loveland and it’s surrounding areas. Client Testimonials
“We are so grateful for Dr. Eddie Desko and the entire Caring Pathways team. From my initial call and virtual appointment/health assessment with Dr. Emilea, to the final goodbye with Dr. Desko, we would have been lost without their guidance and compassion. We could not have asked for a more peaceful experience as our Charlie crossed the rainbow bridge, and I am so grateful to the doctors for the confidence they instilled in the decisions we had to make.”
