Do you know that all of the Caring Pathways veterinarians and nursing team members are Fear Free-certified? We believe that offering the most compassionate at-home end-of-life care must include a “fear free” experience.
Prioritizing a Fear Free Experience
When your pet is approaching life’s end, we understand that this is an extremely sensitive or stressful time for you. Therefore, anything that we can do as a team to minimize fear, anxiety, and stress for your pet and family is a priority.
The mission at Fear Free Pets is, “to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets by inspiring and educating the people who care for them.” (FearFreePets.com)
Committed to a Fear Free At-Home Appointment
Our team is committed to creating as positive an experience as possible for the families that we serve. This includes leveraging the Fear Free techniques and recommendations at every opportunity. Our goal is to conduct a pain-free, low-stress in-home appointment. This will allow you and your pet to be as comfortable as possible during a Hospice Assessment, Quality of Life Assessment, or the Euthanasia Appointment.
We provide these services in the comfort of your home to alleviate the stress involved of traveling to a veterinarian clinic. Because we drive to your home, your furry best friend will be in their favorite spot in their last moments.
Leaving You With Positive Memories of the Final Goodbye
Anyone who experiences the grief of losing a beloved furry family member understands the importance of this mission. We want nothing more than to leave pet parents with positive memories of their final goodbyes. It is in honor for our team to serve you and your beloved pet.
