Our first baby Shiner crossed the rainbow bridge in July. The compassion that each member of the staff guiding us through the process showed was beautiful. I called multiple times, asking many questions over the weeks leading up to us making the decision to help our boy cross the bridge, and each time I called, I was met with compassion, love, patience, and sympathy. Dr. Steve Zachar arrived at our house and explained the process to our young children with such care and handled Shiner’s body with gentleness. On what was one of the hardest days of our lives, we were able to grieve knowing that Caring Pathways was the right choice for our best boy. They followed up in the days after to check on us and our children. I would recommend Caring Pathways to anyone who has to help their fur baby cross the rainbow bridge.
