Dr. Paola was truly amazing when it came time to say bye to my guy, Apollo, after almost 15 years. Apollo was immediately comfortable with her and she was so great at calming our other slightly anxious pup down. Obviously, this was the toughest day of my life and Dr. Paola’s empathy and ability to comfort at this final time were truly amazing. Apollo passed peacefully with those he loved most and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making this process so compassionate and loving.
