In mid-November I had to say goodbye to my best friend, Wiley. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do in my life. Wiley had severe arthritis and it was rapidly getting worse. Dr. Chas Dickens was so good with Wiley, helped reassure us that we were doing the right thing, and explained everything with professionalism and care. In his senior years, Wiley did not like veterinarian offices; I felt very fortunate that we were able to say our goodbyes to him and that he got to transition peacefully in his own home. Dr. Chas Dickens and Caring Pathways made a very difficult process so much easier to navigate. Thank you.
