I can’t say enough about the professionalism and compassion that Dr. Chas and the team at Caring Pathways showed us when it came time to say goodbye to our beloved fifteen-year-old dog, Benny. When it became clear that Benny’s condition was deteriorating much more rapidly than we anticipated, Caring Pathways accommodated our last-minute request to move up our original appointment to the same day. The Client Care Team fielded my tearful phone call from the veterinary ER’s office and offered a comforting voice when making that most difficult decision.
Dr. Chas was such a calming presence and gave us the space and time we needed to say our final farewells. He patiently explained each step of the process and was the consummate pro in respectfully guiding us through such a devastating loss. Thanks to the skillful hand of Dr. Chas, Benny’s passing was exactly the kind of peaceful and loving experience we had always envisioned it would be.
As we reflect on the countless happy memories with our best buddy, we’ll always be grateful for the final gift that we were given by Dr. Chas and Caring Pathways. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
