I can’t say enough about how caring and compassionate Dr. Jennifer Lei was when we had to let our beloved cat of 17 years, Marley, go. With so much love and tenderness, Dr. Jennifer helped Marley cross over the rainbow bridge in the most gentle and thoughtful way. The empathy and love she showed for Marley helped make one of the hardest days of our lives bearable.
Her empathy and love for us were undeniable—I truly believe she felt as much pain as we did in saying goodbye to our sweet boy. Dr. Jennifer took the time to explain everything that would happen before, during, and after the procedure. She gave us all the time and space we needed to say goodbye.
We have used in-home euthanasia for other pets in the past, and while we always felt love and compassion from the doctors, it paled in comparison to the care that Dr. Jennifer gave to Marley and to us. We deeply appreciate EVERYTHING she did and said to help make this saddest of days a peaceful transition for Marley and for us.
