The Caring Pathways team was incredible to work with when it came time to say goodbye to our 16-year-old pup. The team answered all my questions before the appointment and sent over resources to read ahead of time about how the process would go. The appointment itself was incredibly peaceful, and the vet who did the house visit, Dr. Suzie, was extremely kind, empathetic, and helpful. Two weeks later, I received a handwritten condolence note in the mail that addressed every member of my family by name, which I thought was a really thoughtful gesture. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone who wants to say goodbye to their beloved pet in a peaceful, special way.
