I had to put down my almost 17-year-old Persian, Brody, earlier today. Dr. Chas was wonderful. He was warm, kind, caring, thoughtful, agreeable, and professional. He explained the process, and everything went smoothly. My husband and I got to be next to Brody, and I was able to comfort him throughout the entire process. He allowed us all the time we wanted to be with Brody, and he let me wrap Brody in his towel and carry him out. He is a great asset to Caring Pathways. I don’t have enough words to describe how truly caring Dr. Chas was.
Also, Kaley is an amazing asset to Caring Pathways. When I called to schedule my appointment, I broke down, and she was extremely patient and offered many kind and encouraging words.
