We lost our beautiful girl on 12/13. It was sudden and very painful. Within 2 hrs of us contacting Caring Pathways, Veterinarian Dr. Kristen Neisler was at our home. She was so empathetic. Spent time with us, explained everything well, and gave us time to say goodbye. It was so peaceful and comfortable, we were all on the floor with Sophie. I would recommend this approach to everyone who is at this very difficult time. We carried Sophie out wrapped in a blanket and in a basket, she was so peaceful. A very hard time for us, but precious.
