We had Ollie for 10 great years. As a pup, he was a blur of motion: eat, sleep, play. He was our constant companion. We enjoyed our daily morning walks, just the two of us. He was very affectionate and would flop over anytime someone walked in the door to have his tummy rubbed. As my mom was declining, I returned home from a visit, and he laid his head against me, comforting me. He wanted to be wherever we were. I’ve lost my best companion, a very silly, spoiled, wonderful boy. So thankful we had him in our lives. My heart is missing him terribly.
