Henry was a baby angel sent straight from the heavens, and I told him that every single day. He lit up our lives for almost 13 years, and we are so grateful for every moment we had with him. He was our first baby, by our side on our wedding day and through every joy and every heartbreak since.
In his almost 13 years of life, we brought home three babies and one puppy brother for him to love, and he loved them SO much. Before Henry left this world, I told him to come to us in rainbows. The next morning at 7 a.m., when the sky was clear and still, a brilliant rainbow appeared directly above our house. I know it was Henry’s way of letting us know he made it home.
