Dr. Stacee Kim was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. She left the islands to attend college at Colorado State University and earned a BS in Biology in 2007. She then went on to obtain her DVM from Oregon State University in 2013. After graduating she worked in a small animal practice in Portland, Oregon, until deciding to move back to Colorado to live near friends and family. She is certified in Veterinary Acupuncture and Fear Free.
Dr. Kim enjoys gardening, crafting, being outdoors, and spending time with her husband, daughter, and rambunctious French Bulldog, Kobe.
In 2021, Dr. Kim and her family had to say goodbye to two of their fur babies (Buddha, a flat-coated retriever, and Pierre, a French Bulldog). She understands all too well the feelings that come with losing a beloved pet. And for that reason she feels it is a great privilege to work with such a caring team that is as passionate as she is about supporting families and their beloved pets with the transition from life to death in the comfort of their own homes.
