In Loving Memory of Koda
Our beloved Koda was truly one of a kind—a unique mix of Great Pyrenees and Anatolian Shepherd. Her beauty was unmatched, and she never went unnoticed. Strangers would stop us constantly to ask about her and comment on how stunning she was. But Koda was so much more than her striking appearance; she was the sweetest, kindest, most gentle giant you could ever imagine.
Koda had a special love for children, who were always drawn to her. She welcomed their hugs and pats with her calm and loving demeanor. And then there was her passion for snow—she would roll around in it with pure joy and lay in it for hours as though it was her happy place.
She was incredibly well-behaved, the kind of dog you could trust completely. Even when left alone, we never had to worry—she was simply perfect. Koda was also my shadow. Wherever I went, she was there, faithfully following me from room to room. Her constant presence was a source of comfort and love, and I’ll always cherish the memory of cuddling with her and kissing her big, wet, black nose.
Koda had a way of showing love that was uniquely hers—wrapping her paws around our necks to give the sweetest hugs. Even on her last day, when her back legs had failed her, she tried so hard to get up and give me one final hug. That moment is a testament to the unconditional love and loyalty she gave us every day of her life.
Our lives are forever changed without her by our side. We take solace in imagining her in heaven, showering our ancestors with the same love and kisses she gave us. Until we meet again, our sweet, gentle giant, know that you are forever loved and missed.
