My gentle “buddah buddy” finally succumbed to diabetes and heart disease. You would never know he was even sick. Gentle, warm, and cuddly until the end, he put up with daily insulin injections, blood draws, and much more and never once acted out. His peaceful, chill vibe was like nothing I’ve ever experienced. Having a tough day? All it took was burying my face in his fur, feeling his instant purring, and I’d forget why I was stressed. I will miss you beyond words and beyond comprehension, buddy. My Duke.
