I appreciated your calm demeanor, which kept my friend at ease and that you walked me through every thing you were doing. I appreciated all the audible instructions about where you were placing items on my desk, because I was so distraught I needed those check ins. And I appreciate how well you explained what to expect. I felt like it was the best choice- to let my best friend transition, while in her favorite spot. Dr. Nicole felt like an old family friend–there with compassion and respect.
