With very heavy hearts, on December 23rd we said goodbye to our best friend, and the best and most loving doggo a family could every be lucky enough to love.
When Pearl joined our family, she was already a middle-aged lady. We don’t know what circumstances led her to be in need of a do-over life, but based on her amazingly loving and gentle personality, we do believe there was once a family who loved her before we knew her.
Pearl was truly fuled by love, smiles, and tail wags, and was able to stay with us in good health and happiness for over seven years. We have been so lucky to have this time with Pearl. She is a best friend, and has changed all of our lives for the better.
We are so thankful for all of the Mile High Lab Rescue volunteers, and foster parents, who helped Pearl along her journey to our home. She will be missed dearly, and never forgotten.
