It broke our hearts to have to say goodbye to you, sweet Oscar. When we brought you home 11 years ago, you had already had a rough start and needed to be loved. You quickly flourished with the adoration of our whole family. It drove the family crazy how blatantly you showed your favoritism towards me, but I will always cherish our special connection. The house is too quiet without you, and we miss you terribly, but will forever treasure all our happy memories with you – walks and hikes, watching you chase squirrels, snuggling with you. Love you.
