Zane, Zanie Del

Zaney, and I'm sure there were a lot of other pet names I called him - and for some reason my brother always called him Tralfaz - it didn't matter.  He knew who he was, and came running every time, tail wagging.

He was kind-hearted,and never hurt another living thing - even when squirrels fell off the fence while he was chasing them, he'd wait for them to get back up before resuming the game.

I could take him anywhere and know that he'd be perfect.  School functions w/ kids, horseshows with dressage queens, he knew how to act and could eat off silverware better than most people I know.

I was blessed to get to spend 12 years with him. Dr. Magnuson was with me when Zane came into my life, and he was with me when Zane left me. He was the best dog and friend I've ever had, and I will love him everyday for the rest of my life.
Love you Boo.

And thank you Dr. Magnuson for making the trip up to Fort Collins to help me with Zane's journey.  It meant so much to me.
